SA8000 is the global Social responsibility standard based on the improvement of the working conditions.

The SA8000 certification demontrates the own engagement towards the Social Responsibility, the employes and the customers.

SA8000 is a standard of certification encouraging the companies to the development, the maintenance and the application of social acceptable behaviors in the job places. It can be used into all tipologies of organisation and dimension.

SA8000 is based on the Universal Declaration of the Human Rights of the United Nations, on the International Convention on the Rights of Infancy and on various conventions of the International Labor Organization (ILO).

SA8000 cover the follow areas of Social Responsibility:
- Children's job
- Forced Job
- Health and Work safety
- Freedom of association and Right to the Counterfeit
- Discrimination
- Disciplinary Provisions
- Working hours
- salary
- System of management for the Human Resources

The standards are applicables to all workers directly employed into the warehouse and homeworkes.

SA8000 is orginised as similar standard as the ISO 9000 and ISO 14000. And moreover are requested the performace requirements to establish in relation to all the 9 elements above indicated.
